Haha – a shot from my opening set at the Truro “Blues & Brews” festival. Our driver got a bit disorientated on the way to the festival this year resulting in me arriving later than planned and literally stepping out of the van and straight onto the stage as I was the opening act. The festival kicked off about 15 minutes late and I made the set up in my head on the spot. Very difficult trying to unwind from stressing about being late while actually performing solo live onstage. Fortunately it went well and the set later on in the day with the full band was a few hours away so I had enough time to chill out a bit.
