As an independent and unsigned musician it’s an expensive game to be in at the best of times. Promotion is one of the areas that routinely gets delayed until “another time”. However, if you’re interested, you can lend a hand if you would like. Next time you’re at a live performance it would be a big help if you were able to share a photo or a video or even a 30 second live stream and tag one of my pages in it – adda brief comment too if you feel so inclined as it helps even more, nothing better than real people attending real gigs and leaving a comment. It’s been a very busy few weeks here in the camp leading up to the latest single launch on 29th April and the associated launch event, followed by a headline slot at the Ocean City Jazz & Blues Festival the next day and a set at the Gin Festival the day after that.
Naturally I couldn’t have managed it all on my own so I’d like to thank everyone involved who helped – my family for all their support with the event itself Mum, Dad, Seona, Eilidh along with Bev and Danielle for getting stuck in and helping out too, much appreciated. Thanks to Jamie and Paula from The Chancel for their partnership on the catering side of the event and to their staff for their work on the night.
